I have a client that we are setting up WPM 2.0 with and we are trying to record a transaction that leads us down the path of downloading a PDF and opening it in a viewer that the site brings up after the download so it can displayed.
We can download the PDF, but always get the error message that there isn't an Adobe Reader Plug-In to view the PDF from WPM when we hit this step.
From what I read in the Admin guide the WPM is using IE to browse and view transactions. We have the plug-in installed and enabled in IE 9 on our server, but still get this error message.
Is this something that isn't supported, or am I just missing something to get this working correctly?
