I have downloaded the WPM recorder locally to my PC. When I try to connect, I get the following error:
You must be a WPM administrator to edit recordings from the WPM server.
However, in offline mode you can create and save recordings locally.
What's odd about this is that I am already a WPM administrator (inherited via AD). Below are the permissions assigned to the group I belong to:
Any suggestions before I call support?
