Hi WPM community,

I hope someone can point me in the right direction with this issue. On the Orion web page we have a number of WPM monitors running but today the whole page is grey and when you click on a transaction I get the following error message:

I have searched on Solarwinds KB for a solution but nothing seems to fit there. I have checked all the processes are up and running and I can still use WPM player but on the web site i cannot view any of the monitors. Any pointers in the right direction would be a great help.
